Finally the judge put an end to it.Got the house listed and had interest, buyer backed out then found another, the problem was now the county came out to respond to a code violation, it was determined that there was no septic system on the property.

I am with a smaller company now, a real estate agency with just one guy managing the rentals, and he does not respond to my messages in a reasonable timeframe (this is just one of my many complaints with him).

@Ryan R.You want me to clarify "jeopardize your tenancy" well doing illegal drugs as a tenant is non-compliance with lease & the Crime Free/ Drug Free addendum so if the landlord chooses to Strictly enforce the terms of the lease it would cause the tenant to have to respond to eviction action and go to court to explain the reason they don't think the landlord has a reason to kick them out because they were just doing "POT".

@Scott Steffek I've heard of the handwritten yellow letters but heard about 1-3% actually respond and my list isn't that big since I cut out the condos.
