Now  PM is not a guy that replies to emails so fast and that kinda worries us, usually we need to write him 2-3 emails before he would reply, and that is not really good, especially at the beginning of our cooperation.

I made inquiry 1 hour ago 5 am PST still no reply back from agents but then again I suppose most agents are not working between 5 and 6 am like I am  LOL... there was another young man in this market that did something similar it was more of a help you sell model.. but this one has agents helping..Many brokerages in our city won't allow dual agency.. and boy do you have to be careful when your doing this on the fiducerey side..
