I actually moved from Florida to Columbus for the real estate.

I'd search something along the lines of "[city] cash buyers", "[city] wholesale real estate", "[city] real estate investment", etc.Investor friendly agents are also great ways to source deals.

@Karolina Powell Once you get into the commercial world, it's a bit different than residential real estate because it's very much a "buy at your own risk" situation.

At the early stages, the more control you have over your real estate, the better returns thus I recommend investing locally to make your dollar go that much farther and gain a good familarity with real estate before exploring out of state investing.

Taking a break from real estate for a while - it's been a stressful 2 years.
