Does anyone know if there are REIA meetups and/or Real Estate investor meetups in Iowa, preferably in Scott County Iowa?

I'm new to real estate and currently don’t own any properties, but I’ve been learning a lot recently.

If you are trying to get others to pay your down payment and you have nothing in the deal, there are probably no terms that anyone would agree to unless they were getting credit card type returns. 

Typically, higher vacancies lead to lower rents, but today’s reality is different.Inflation plays a role — while the consumer price index has surged over 20% since 2019, office rents have not kept pace in real terms.

The good thing about a collection agency is that it can report the judgment to all three credit reporting agencies.

Im looking for a part time remote job for my wife as she is a stay at home mom and we are beginning our journey in real estate investing.

If you have a lot of capital already, a solid income coming in elsewhere from real estate, and want to minimize your headaches / downtime to get a property, than I would say this strategy fits.
