Overall our same-stores on the movement rates the take rates that are coming in were down about 4% during the quarter and we had about flat moving volume.With respect to our other major markets, I would say most of them are down to flat with few exceptions such as like Los Angeles and Seattle, but I would say most of them are fairly flat.Steve SakwaSo John is it fair to say that Houston is kind of the market where things are the worse in terms of decline?

Thanks John,I have been trying for a long time to find rentals here in Los Angeles that cash flow but I have been unable to find anything.I have relatives in Vegas , Tyler TX, and Minneapolis so I'm thinking to venture in this cities.Here in LA you need to have tons of money to be able to buy fixer uppers as well.

nice job Byron - just keep in mind that if you want to buy another property in the Los Angeles area, $270k might not get you much these days as the market is pretty crazy.
