Unfortunately, sometimes people are ignorant of their ignorance.

Do not let people who have been in court with their past landlords, for any reason, in your property.

Do people pay premiums to stay in one , if so, for what reason?

At one time back in 2004 or 2005 we held about 50 notes, meaning we were receiving and depositing 50 checks per month, sending out 50 invoices by U.S.

But i hope oos people do steer clear of florida investing.  

People and jobs are leaving those markets.

Investing in real estate with your own money and from a position of financial strength is, I believe, a far more rewarding experience than leveraging other people's money and being dependent on a positive outcome to keep you afloat. 

It is true many people cannot afford to buy in Hawaii.

Plenty of people out there have the money for deals, but the lack the time and energy to FIND them.
