Just be patient

I'm glad I took action because I learned some good lessons, but had I been a little more patient I would probably be a few years ahead of where I am now.

We'd rather be patient than buy wrong.  

I'll be waiting patiently.

Ask anyone who has purchased a new construction home and had to wait for their window coverings to be installed.While these alterations will cost a little bit of money, the return on investment can be huge if it means making the deal, or simply the satisfaction of owning a beautiful home.

Turns out, to have a pet stay overnight in these places they have to be "existing patients."

But if you wait and look and be patient, you can get truly amazing deals with no money down, utilizing OPM, having a smaller share in more properties than a huge share in just one.  

I expect an agent to have a decent knowledge of construction and a property condition (this is the area I have found little to no satisfaction).

Offer forms, binder forms, blank lease, summary ejectment, magistrate summons, 'Certificate of Payment/Satisfaction of Judgment' form (hey, gotta stay optimistic;) But I'd also ask, 'what is the charge?'
