I searched online & came across few merchandise liquidators  & found Michaels Global Trading interesting.

Otherwise research online.

I am having trouble finding a clear answer online. 

He is having trouble doing so, as he is not able to change that section via an online DOTLOOP contract.  

From what i've picked up in my brief time on BP; poke around on BP and make some connections on the ground in markets you are considering (there is obviously an innate challenge to vetting people from that kind of distance, but BP can help that process).

Now my HO6 premium went up and thanks to centralized/online recording, my primary house insurance went up by $200/year b/c they detected this loss incident under my SSN/Home Insurance policy.2)Now here is the situation that impacted the showing of the house and getting prospective tenants/students for next year's rent in a timely fashion.

Also, I'm pretty sure from the online records that the taxes are up to date, but I'm not sure who is paying them, since it's not the daughter.
