Attention new investors: As I’ve immersed myself in the BiggerPockets forums, I’ve observed an extreme emphasis placed on asset protection by those entering the business but their approach and where they decide to allocate their time and resources is misplaced.

I’m inclined to rely more on the protections offered by my insurance and umbrella insurance rather than the LLC itself. 

If it was useable before (small ding) and is now destroyed, I'd take her up on her offer, but I'd also pay some of the costs as it wasn't new when she moved in. 

The other option I can think of is to take advantage of credit card offers you receive in the mail that include a few checks with a 0% finance offer for up to a year.

Many times, they do offer these to their members. 

Start by seeking mentors who can offer valuable insights and guidance.Remember, success in real estate often hinges on persistence, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

What is being offered in respect to those items?  

Even with prices going up, I still think you can find some great BRRRR deals in Cleveland as long as you act quickly and put strong offers in on the properties as soon as it hits the market since there a lot of other investors looking to do the same thing.
