Today another one in Sherman Oaks with only 4 days on the market had already 11 offers, went for way over asking, all cash, 14 days close and free 2 month lease back!

Unless they have kids that are eating the paint chips, it's not going to be dangerous to use. 

Angel Oak was pretty frustrating and not a company I would work with in the future.

Hi Christine,It depends upon where your property is within the 3 "geo sub-markets" (south/Langley/Clinton/Freeland, mid/Coupeville/Greenbank, or north/Oak Harbor) on Whidbey plus it depends upon the type of property (residential, office, etc.). 

At a minimum, damage from the smoke/fire/firemen includes smoke smell throughout, chipped stucco, broken windows, damaged paint, destroyed eave/soffit, insulation replacement, cleaning, roof damage, and loss of rental income.

Do you know of any around here(I also live in Fair Oaks) that work well with investors?
