@William BrownEntering into contracts with no intention or ability to close is FRAUD BY INDUCEMENT.If you lead a seller to believe you are not a buyer when you are not, this is deceit at best and possibly could get you sued.I do not know the legalities of advertising properties in your state to know if that is legal if you are not licensed and not a principal to the transaction.I am not telling you to do this or not.
