Yeah I have noticed a huge trend with investors using them because it is so much easier.

I am interested in long term rentals with positive cash-flow and a yearly rental ROI of 8-10% with value appreciation of about 3% or more if possible.I see that Ft Myers, Cape Coral, Naples are the trending area according to some posts here.

Most of these markets are in either Mountain or Southwest regions. How does everyone feel about these markets moving forward? Is anyone invested in these markets? Do we think they will keep appreciating?

I have a unique history, growing up in the Toronto, Canada region, I am in one of the hottest real estate markets in the WORLD! 

It’s almost as if that property is even stronger after Covid, which I feel like is a trend in many places around here as people opt to travel closer to home.
