This is my first time on the forums.  I am looking forward to learning and networking.  I am here to create a portfolio and build relationships with like minded individuals and groups.  I am the creator of The Pearce Property Team.  I have a unique history, growing up in the Toronto, Canada region, I am in one of the hottest real estate markets in the WORLD!
