Is it worse than fighting to evict my tenant for a non rent issue with potential mental health issues involved relating to the streaking episode?

My dilemma at that time will be whether to take the cash out and look for the next property or to put that towards building equity, with the aim of paying it off to it being free and clear.If I am not mistaken, a HomeStyle does not have any prepayment penalties.  

Or you can call the police and have them meet you to perform a welfare check with you at the premises to make sure he has not been injured or cannot get to the door due to health issue.

Has anyone else out there been in this same dilemma?

The ones who asked only a few but the more important questions (about parents health, etc) are dream clients.
