In regards to the letters I would hand write them just seem more personal.

I'm really only doing it to learn and be a hands on investor in that process.

I feel a lot more confident in my actions now, and as much as I hate the conflict still, I now finally feel like I'm the one with the upper hand (as I should be since I OWN the property!!).

I can literally count on 2 hands the # of houses for sale in a given city.
