However I was allowed to claim a minor amount against each property & I did have both gas, oil service records but she was nasty.Not satisfied she expanded the audit & I excused myself to gather more documents etc .So it went for another 2 days.

Over half the PM's in Detroit aren't even properly licensed.What surprises us is how many owners accept poor BASIC service and hold out hope for months that things will get better:( If anything, you get excuses and better service for a month or two, and then it's back to their normal (bad) service.
