From my moron contractor that lied to us he was licensed in plumbing and electrical.. that did all the wiring and plumbing and then covering it all up with sheetrock, trying to scam the city into thinking no one touched electrical, to not ever having a single inspection done, then stealing money from me, and running, and buying the cheapest material.. ever!...

Ron, the best word of advice I was ever given was to ignore negative and discouraging comments from people who don't have experience in investing.

'Tenant pays the agent' is standard in the NY metro area as far as I've ever seen.

(Haven't started investing yet)2) I've only heard 1 person on the BP podcast that has used signs like that, so I'm curious if any of you have either used signs like those, or ever done business with people who do?
