Several tool boxes with wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, socket sets, flashlights, spare batteries, nuts and bolts, screws, electrical repair parts, multimeters, copper/pvc/galvanized plumbing repair materials.

This is for the same reason that the "Wolf of Wall Street", Jordan Belfort, targeted working class people, and not rich people, to sell penny stocks to.If the next posters would like to come along and say "No, I wholesale in rich neighborhoods with people who understand money", please include examples and the zip code so the OP can judge for himself.  

I am not that worried about it now in good times and scarcity in the market, but should we hit a recession, people will want to turn every penny and this will be the easiest win for them...

Dont step over dollars to pick up pennies.

Never had a complaint. use all four large listing sites and charge a higher booking fee and you might find why I do this. people who worry about listing site fees are penny-wise and pound-foolish.

The love for my profession and my hard work give me the amount of money needed to help my family and pay for some bills but at the end of the month i keep struggling financially and can not save a single penny.

The average wholesaler is not considered very bright by seasoned investors because if they were they would understand how much money they are leaving on the table or throwing away by Foolishly giving others their deals for pennies . 

It's really pennies.
