The only time I see stuff like that working is a bridge loan, construction loan with no pre-pays or converting to perm. required with the current bank.In my mind short term financing just put quite frankly stinks.

There's always some circuitry that converts to the proper voltage, typically 5 volt DC.  

Sounds like you could use a construction loan that would convert to a conventional mortgage when its finished being built. 

If we're talking about converting a 2 bedroom into a 3 bedroom, then it makes sense to try to create that additional bedroom.But, if your place is already has 4 bedrooms, then I wouldn't try to create another bedroom and try to squeeze in 5 bedrooms.

I've done the math, and have decided to convert my trad solo 401K holdings to Roth as I can afford to take the tax hits.
