You can always focus on networking with the people that can bring you the deals.Instead of going through a lot of leads to find the deals, you will use your time to build the network to get fewer deals but they will usually be better quality leads.I'm talking about the same sources of deals that you want.

That said, wholesaling as a whole is not dead, it just takes a good wholesaler to find real deals and build real buyers on their list.I see several people in my area hurting to take down deals because the market has gotten a lot tighter here and great deals with large margins are fewer and further between, so investor here have a choice, sit on the sidelines, or accept smaller profit margins.
