Looking into purchasing a vacation home and i just learned about different types of financing products and I'm curious what is the different between DSCR loan v second home/vacation home loan ? 

Most of them are listed companies (they have a stock price), which means they really care about margins and earnings growth.

Exploring different loan programs and possibly adjusting the down payment to improve terms.

Sometimes when people move out others forward their mail to a different address to steal the credit cards, etc. or for identity fraud.
