I have been listening to Biggerpockets' podcasts a lot, reading their blogs, watching YouTube videos, and reading/watching anything that involves investing.

@Lindsay Denny I saw Grant say that in one of his youtube videos recently....that dude is nuts. lol

It's kinda discouraging seeing how easy it seems in the US, and how close it seems to breaking the law in Canada... but according to some youtube videos and web pages, people here are doing it.  

We also shoot a video of every space so our potentials can reserve a space if they aren't able to see it for some reason based on the video.  

I am looking for some video surveillance camera suggestions....
