Treasuries are down close to 30 bps in the last 8 business days.The reasonable bet based on tracking the last year is that they’ll swing back up 20-30 bps in the next couple weeks….What’s the over, under here?

RV parks are evaluated more like a regular business than most other real estate sectors.

I think the answer is for multiple reasons: analysis paralysis, bandwidth, or just simply failure to pull the trigger.

When going into business regardless if it is RE or anything else it is wise to protect your personal assets.
