I am brand new to this world and my new knowledge is coming at a critical transition point in my life.

I would have preferred to have had some deals lined up but I figured nothing lights a fire under your butt than having an increased mortgage payment that isn't earning you anything!

You need bright, light, happy looking homes and apartments.  

Each unit rents for $1,500 per month and I was able to acquire the property as a brand new construction for $790,000.

Brand new construction so the property will have limited maintenance issues for a while.

If you were driving your car to an intersection, with your children in the back seat, and the the light is about to turn red, would you floor it without knowing where/if any cars were coming through that intersection from the sides, just because you "wanted to get into (through) that intersection"?

My PECO bill for the public light account has been crazy high for the past few month (this month being $650, during the summer it was $100).  

Maybe a neutral tile and light gray grout which won't show dirt as easily. 

I started doing some light searches on Zillow already but there are slim pickings.

I was hoping someone could shed some light on something I found while doing my DD on a property.
