Looking to purchase my first property in VT

Hi all,

This is my first post and I am very new here. My goal is to purchase a mult-family home within the next year. I preferably would live in the state of VT in the Burlington area. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start looking? I started doing some light searches on Zillow already but there are slim pickings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
