It's a small 1 bed, 1 bath town home.

Keep a copy beside your bed until you've read it three times and can pick out all of the ways that a tenant can use it to screw you, and all of the ways you can protect yourself.

The 2nd and 3rd floors make up unit #2 which is 3 bed(could be 4) with 2 full bath.

Looking to get an idea for rents in 43222 area 2 bed / 3 bed / 1 bath doubles.

The 3rd unit (large 1 bed/1 ba) when complete is expected to rent for $1175 (or $1300 if section 8).

Furthermore, be careful to look at more than just beds and baths for comps but also to limit consideration to those within a 20% range in square footage for comparison.
