how many bedrooms/bathrooms?

They claimed that if they get evicted, the wife, husband and 5 kids would be homeless as they have no place to go (mind you, we THINK this is a 2 bedroom unit - they haven’t allowed us access to the unit).

Then he rents the five bedroom house as an STR that covers his mortgage and puts like $6K in his pocket each month.In fact, since you're in medical sales, you might have an edge on finding STR properties that are near hospitals or universities.

If anyone's home, the great room would be set to home status, but each bedroom would be set to home only when that individual tenant is at home. 

Also what if I have a rental property single family home with 3 bedrooms where a different tenant lives in each bedroom?

At the time, living with my family of 5 in my Dad’s house, a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with over 10 people, was good for me.

Each side is a four bed room one bath.

Need a recommendation for someone to do light drywall and then paint a 3 bedroom apartment.

@Andy Camarda did you make you sure to check the Occupancy and ADR just for 3 bedroom?

We are not sure how to go about the extra bedroom since it was already built and its part of the house.
