Hi all,

I am so glad to be part of the bigger pocket community. I am a 27 year old with a SFH. I am looking to buy my first rental property but its a daunting task. I am looking to use the rental to possibly BRRRR, or possibly hold for cash flow. I am fairly new to investing in real estate but i want to get started as soon as possible to help out my family. If anyone has any suggestions on how to market or network with like minded individuals I am all ears.

Thanks again.
