Wages are deemed to be earned income and, i addition to income taxes, are subject to medicaid and social security taxes (sometimes called FICA or payroll taxes).

Also, I am an attorney and my wife works in marketing and social media, so there are several ways we could reduce expenses by doing some legal and advertising work ourselves.Hypothetically, if I wanted to invest up to $100k in rental property, what are my best options?

Social media outletsetc etc etc.......It's a process that takes time unless you plan on buying crappy lists.
