If you go the ned flanders route, you could organize a tour and a meet and greet between tenants and neighbors...flyers and email invites...show them the quality and have them shake hands with the tenants, etc. as an "intro to the neghborhood".

Now it's the Coast Guard guys who come in for 4 year tours, so we are going into 16 years of this run.

@Brandon Alexander I bet you could find an agent you could pay $50-100 to do a full video tour for you and send it to you.

It is a fourplex that I think is currently rented out at a significant discount to market.I'd really like to have a local property manager either take a look at the property with me when I tour or at least look at some photos to give me their opinion of what it could rent for.  

You might contact a couple of agents to get an idea of rental income rates and occupancy rates as well.Hope that gives you a few places to start tour research .Aloha,Jeff

I spent a weekend up there years ago and got a tour of the Oil Sands operations .. its was really cool..  

They said once they see it, they will decide when they will sign the lease (they've already had 2 tours of the house next door with the same floorplan).

@Vashist Dhanani: an algorithm can list a property and schedule tours.

If you can modify your hours that will increase your availability to prospect, or tour homes, tour open houses on the weekends etc.
