I just finished reading Dirt Rich and it's peaked my interest in the possibilities of land investment.

If you source a property and provide the lead, then offer them a kickback if the deal goes under contract.

I've done this with my properties because I'm well known in my small town and don't want people to know what I own.LEGAL PROTECTION: By placing your assets in an LLC, you are legally separating them from your personal assets.

My most recent was a foreclosure, 70% of market value.

I got a $2M umbrella policy out of my homeowners policy.
