I don't currently know if the State's   University System requires students to update their College ID's each year or not; but it could be an additional proof if it has (picture, address, & year) information.So, she doesn't need a deed, or property to qualify for residency.Hope this helps.

When you get the MLS sheet on these comp properties read over the description, look at the pictures to see what the condition of each property really is and that should tell you why it sold for such a cheap price.

Needs a lot of work but it looks like from the pictures (haven't walked the property) that the floors and such have already been removed like someone was going to try and rehab it.
