Does anyone has experience working with "The Lender" to finance a short term rental property?

We're open to all sorts of creative financing such as seller financing, notes, options, we've done rent to own as well.

The seller is offering seller financing.

Happy to discuss financing. 

A reserve is unnecessary, but I still keep around $15,000 - $20,000 in my account.The point is, that you should sit down and assess your finances to determine what the worst-case scenario may look like, how much you would need to cover it without impacting your life, and whether you will need to build a reserve.

Would anyone experienced in Seller Financing and/or Subject To in the US be willing to let me shadow a deal? 

@Jake Posner- thanks for the post ...if you plan on needing financing for the rental proeprty - make sure to get  fully pre approved  for the hypotehtical  scenario you are planning ...use a loan officer or lender that is licensed is all the states  you are looking at . thanks

I had easy access to meet the right people because of my friend and because of the fact that I used to finance Panamanian banks when I was a banker.
