I have a trust broker field into property management in the desert west of you.

I would definitely try a local insurance broker in the area close to the property you have (in the same state is fine).

@Dave Foster   Do you know anything about the compensation structure for brokers referring investors to DST's?

Unless this job includes a ton of transitions, needs massive floor leveling, or has a million tiny corners he'll have to custom cut, then $1900 is pretty darn high.
