Hello BiggerPockets community,I'm a new to real estate and was hoping to get some advice on AirBNBing in Asheville NC.The reason for my inquiry is because I'm hoping to buy a house and use AirBNB to househack it.If any additional info is needed please let me know.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank You,Evan Morales

As it's my understanding AZ is a community property state, you could treat the 50-50 husband-wife LLC as disregarded and file Sch E under Rev Proc 2002-69 instead of a 1065 to save compliance costs.Talk to your tax CPA/EA and attorney.

Your best bet would be a community bank. 

I want to ensure I don’t do the wrong thing  Deal 1: Duplex selling at 150k in a stable community with rentals bringing in 750-800 a month per unit.

And my wife for the support.The best part of it all is we just found out we’re having a baby girl early next year and we added $100 automated principal payment each month to our 30yr fixed mortgage so that it amortizes when she turns 18 as @brandonturner suggests.I’m so grateful for bIggerpockets and the community it’s formed to inspire and support me through this journey.Next year I hope to do my first BRRR!
