Preferably this system would be cloud hosted, and accessible on the web and device apps.I know this has to exist. 

Some are by email, some are by web portal with a fee the agent has to pay, some are to a fax machine.

I do web design at work, and there are numerous parts that need to send emails to clients.

I know EM pretty well, I have a couple rentals in that area and have flipped a few there too.  

However, if their lease says it renews month to month if neither party gives notice, then, create a Termination of Lease (search the web for wording). 

It also includes common forms that you can edit and use.Their web site is a free resource with links to your state law but I highly recommend the book for some of the practical advice they provide.

Is there a web/app technology associated with the system that would allow us to track certain things remotely?
