Yes this site is for sure a resource and also wonderful for networking with other like minded individuals to help you get your real estate goals.

But they specialize and have developed networks which will greatly expedite an investor's progress.

Springfield is a great market and there are numerous active investors in the area to network and work with.

When I was obtaining my license, we studied a similar widely-publicized New York court case. 

Goes to show you the power of networks/relationships.

If you decide to keep them on you should be networking with other companies in case your manager drops the ball again.
