So did the guy who set some oily car parts directly on a light gray carpet,  turned off the AC in August in Houston (despite signing a document saying he wouldn't), and then left wet towels hanging in the bathroom,  where the drywall molded in the 8 days before I got in there.

They take about two weeks for LADBS to turn around and make sure 1) that the form submitted has an original wet signature, 2) that if the seller is a Corp, LLC, etc that you submit the operating agreement to show that the signatory was authorized to sign, and 3) that you include a check for the fee.
