Once for a new bathroom and another for mold removal/moving water heater and HVAC to expand the pantry.  

I recently looked at a duplex and wanted to get some thoughts on if these items should be factored into the offer price:The water heaters were over 10 years old, both gas furnaces were over 10 years old, the water was not separately metered, the front porch (cement) had some cracks in it, and both units would need some paint and new carpeting. 

It's been almost 3 months, and they still haven't changed the water bill over to my name.

She quit responding to me, and She switched the electricity and water to her apartment.

If it has no well for irrigation or district water the land is dead for farming.5) horse property- this could be an option, as well as renting out as pasture ground.

Has anybody have knowledge or experience their systems?
