If is your primary residence is not an investment, but if you plan on staying there for at least 7-10 years I wouldn't stress to much if the prices are high or low at this mortgage rates.

While we made money on all the rest (it's definitely possible to make money), the headaches and stress of dealing with various Milwaukee-specific issues was enough to drive me out of that market...Now, if this is a rehab for rental, that's a different story.
