They have to dig in a tight space (can’t use heavy equipment) so it will be costly.This is the second place I have purchased with a major sewer problem.

I am always looking for that golden opportunity to get my feet wet in real estate, just not sure THIS is that opportunity.I was thinking maybe I could make like at least 10k, of course I would have to do SOMETHINGas to what that SOMETHING is, and having to be licensed to participate, that's where I'm not ready yet.I've got the study guide. looking at schools, maybe leaning more towards Champions School of Real Estate.perhaps learn all I can about Contracts and maybe I'll be better equipped for the next deal I see
