What I local bank do you trust and why?

I get fast, thorough replies and effective actions to address tenant issues, etc. 

A lot of investors from CA were buying up property in Portland so when we saw a CA address we would always reach out.

She didn’t know what wholesaling was and said she didn’t have much knowledge on the business side of things she seemed really focused on trying to recruit me for college and make me sign up for my sats but I don’t fully trust her so here I am.

I am interested in purchasing a 9 unit building that owned by a trust and I am interested in obtaining seller financing.

@Manesh Hardeo When you say that the deal "closed," do you mean that the title company recorded the new Warranty Deed from the seller to the buyer with a new Deed of Trust?

I am assuming they paid what was due but I understand loan mods don’t have to be recorded so there is a chance they worked something out with the bank and they may have a larger loan amount than implied in original deed of trust.  

How do you determine a management company as someone you can trust and rely on?
