You may lose your lien & get wipe out.Most tax lien properties that do not get redeemed are usually in bad shapes or conditions.

So I shopped around and I got a (now finalized) quote from esurance for only 541 a year ... and their replacement value was 100k higher.Has anyone else noticed this trend with esurance compared to other providers?

However if you can find a deal on a side-by-side duplex in Delmar, your vacancy rate will be near zero, as long as the property is in good shape.
