For appliances "hey make sure you bring a dolly or a couple of strong friends" and my add always says they must pick up but I really mean im not your damn moving help.if all they want to do is get the address and come see whatever it is without all the details first they are either shady or just woefully unprepared and I don't want to deal with either of those.
