@Christina R.A few red flags.You are dealing with a realtor!

It dosent matter what you work out with the seller, those two things wont just go away no matter how you wrap up the deal or how pretty you make it sound with land contracts and property trust...There are no loop holes when money is do...Thats the reality without all the big words and red tape...If this financially makes sense for you and your family then go for it, i think its a great deal if you work it right...All just my opion...

Also, while the prior malpractice claims may tell us that this doctor is a quack, it also could be a red herring, too!

They spill red koolaid on the carpet, or knock a hole in the drywall, or even putting holes in wall or scratching new floor by dragging the fridge over it.

Any experience on the subject would help me determine if it is worthwhile to work these types of deals.My main question here is given the red tape to work them, is there value for the end buyer?

I had some issues with the red tape regarding the renovation portion of the loan but otherwise seemed okay.
