Hello Ive flipped houses for a few years and have saved up $250+k and am looking into taking my business more in the direction of the passive income strategy.

Now I have never seen these guys advertise but I went to an investor meetup and heard from them directly.

Some of those things are:- who directs the work- how are they paid (per job vs Hourly/Daily/Monthly)- do they work for others- is there a contract in placeThe list continues and varies based on who is checking (IRS has different standards compared to Ins. cos.). 

How long should I mail to the same prospect with direct mail before removing them from my "list"?

As far as getting the LOC on the 3rd property, I think I'm leaning that direction.
