There are details online under the military websites as to what is allowed and required for them to break the lease.  

you also can get these soap dishes online and at habitat but it would be hard to install without removing adjacent tiles.

You can set it up all online in NJ in just an hour or so.  

Just don't get to hung up on this - you have a lot more to create before you have a working system for online lead generation.

If they are managing your online listings (whether AirBNB or VRBO or whatever) and having any involvement in collecting funds or acting as the property manager, they have crossed that line.

There are some online tools, like rentOmeter that, at least in some areas, are reasonably accurate.

I agree about the sticker shock checking things out online but with the vast majority of properties here 100 years old, and most severely neglected, the maintenance and heating costs alone are absurd and almost every one will need a new roof, foundation work, lots of electrical work and more significant repairs that just make it a nightmare and the low prices not worth it in the long run (in my opinion and those I've talked with in the business up here).
