Reminds me of a quote,  " If you wait for perfect timing you will end up with nothing."  

I just keep reminding myself not to fall into the trap of "analysis paralysis" and see this through as far as I can. 

I would simply remind them that they are being charged for every day their stuff is there and remind them of the cost per day.  

They have a very big package containing a trampoline as told by them lying next to the building entrance for the last 3 weeks and are not removing despite of repeated reminders.

But I remind myself that I signed for the entrepreneur lifestyle and the hiccups come with the territory.When things don't go your way that's the universe testing you if you really want this or are you all talk like everyone else.Nope,I'm going to keep following up with Seller 1.

When I see that tree it reminds me of the importance of having patience and what can happen if you put the right things into place and give it some time. 

Contactless (online) payments is a big deal given the current state of things during C19, especially with the right platform that allows your tenants more options (ie. debit/credit card option, ACH payments, or even expedited payment processing, along with rent/payment due date reminders, and the ability to report positive payments to TransUnion in order to give your tenants' credit scores a boost; this acts as an added incentive for them in the long run as well).

I'm assuming it's electric/battery operated.I suppose I'd remind them that I'd treat any damage from it just like any other damage.
