I actually passed the Nevada exam, held my license for a bit, and decided to not keep it for multiple reasons.

Apparently the tenant recently had some issues with the roomate, including multiple month of non-payment of rent, so the tenant decided to "lockout" the roomate by putting the roomates items on the porch and not providing the roomate with a new set of keys. 

I begin receiving communication from HER.THEY decide (or she is told by him) that SHE will be responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found.
