The feedback that I got was no true master bedroom and no master bath.

The master bath was recently remodeled (2017) with new paint, tile, vanity, and frame-less glass shower.

BUT requesting changes to planned rehab. including; no third floor bathroom, no laundry in basement and no deck, in exchange for hardwood flooring throughout, first floor laundry room, 2nd floor master, vs third floor master with bath. 80% looks net neutral. 

They offer "PRO" credit cards, but would I be better off using a standard visa/master card or is it not worth the trouble?

I would be interested if anyone has had their LLC format challenged, I have a Master that is then the agent my other LLC's im only speculating the concept would hold up, I would love to see some case law and how the different structures have been challenged and the outcome. 

If it were me, and I am a master carpenter, I would replace them with more oak.
